Teflon® sealer provides oil and water repellency.
Grout and Seal in one easy step, easy stain cleanup, won’t affect grout color.
Protection life can reach 2 years interior surfaces and 1 year for exterior surfaces.
Uses: Grout for all kinds of natural stone, ceramic and porcelain tile and others.
NOT for use on Epoxy grouts.

APPLICATION
1.   CLEAN THE SURFACE FIRST, otherwise dirt will be trapped and existing stains will be blocked in.
2.   Use stain grout sealer instead of water
3.   Prepare grout according to the recommended mixture instruction
4.   Mask off and protect any surfaces not intended to be treated
5.   Allow grout to stand for 10 minutes.
6.   Remix before application.
7.   Use with sanded and un-sanded cement based grout for ceramic and porcelain.
8.   NOT for use on Epoxy grouts.
