Payment Methods
WAW SHOPPING offers buyers the option to pay for items on the site either online through Debit, Credit Card, PayPal or through Cash On Delivery or any other payment methods made available on the site.
Delivery of Orders
Inside Beirut, orders require 1 to 3 working days to be delivered after order confirmation.
Outside Beirut, orders require 1 – 5 working days to be delivered after order confirmation.
Buyer Protection
WAW SHOPPING ensure buyers that their purchase is protected against fraud.
If a buyer has purchased an item through WAW SHOPPING and never received it, the buyer will be reimbursed by WAW SHOPPING the value of the item only. To be eligible for a buyer protection, the buyer needs to file a complaint with WAWSHOPPING after three days of the promised delivery date.
If the item hasn’t been received, within three days from the effective receiving date due to a Force Majeure, WAW SHOPPING has the right to extend the delivery time for 5 working days after the original promised delivery date.
Return policy
WAWSHOPPING doesn’t offer a return policy.
Exchange is only allowed in case of product defect and within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refund Policy
The amount will be refunded only in case the product is out of stock no later than 24h following the transaction date.
