Description

The ice-hardened FRIODUR® blade performs precise work without the blade becoming blunt. The blade's two-stage V-edge honing guarantees the excellent sharpness of the stainless steel paring and garnishing knife.

The knife is comfortable to hold when cutting, partly due to the curved finger guard and seamless transition from the 3-rivet design of handle to the blade. It also measures 10 cm and is therefore small and lightweight to use: perform precise work with ease with this small size of knife.
