This robust iron grill is non-stick so the food doesn't stick and is cooked more easily and efficiently. It is very simple to operate, simply slide the safety ring, open the grill, place the sausages inside, close the grill and slide the safety ring on again to ensure the grill is closed properly. The grill should be placed on top of the embers or another heat source (never over a direct flame) and you need to turn it over to ensure the sausages are cooked properly on both sides.
It can be used on different types of barbecues (charcoal, gas, wood, etc.), but never in direct contact with the flames. You can also cook other foods with it. It is easy to clean after each use, but is not dishwasher safe. It is also lightweight and easy to transport and store.
