The knife blades of the ZWILLING® steak knife set are 12cm long and made of stainless steel, which is robust and durable. The handles are made from acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, ABS for short. This material is also very robust and resistant to external influences. Even after years of use, ABS handles still look good. The handles are slightly wider at their ends, which makes cutting the meat more comfortable and prevents slipping.

The handle and blade are connected by three rivets. They give the knife set a classic look, which has been popular for many years and will continue to be so in the future.
