The 20 cm bread knife has a long blade with a sharp serrated edge which slices through hard bread crusts without any problem enabling you to cut neat, uniform slices of bread. The wedge shape of the knife, a symbiosis of Japanese and European knife design, ensures stability when cutting. The long FRIODUR® blade is made from high-quality ZWILLING specially processed stainless steel, which is finished by special ice-hardening.
The knife is precision-forged from a single piece of steel for perfect balance, which aids cutting properties. The ABS plastic handles provide increased safety when cutting. Three rivets on the handle complement the elegant design of the knife. With this practical ZWILLING bread knife you will be able to prepare tasty sandwiches in no time and cut perfect slices of bread for breakfast.
