Description

The 2017 vintage of Riachi chardonnay is slowly fermented at very low temperatures, then aged on its lees in French oak barrels for 6 months at even lower temperatures, then fined and bottled unfiltered with minimal addition of sulfites.

The result is a complex white wine with distinctive features that would enchant the most critical of connoisseurs with its silky textures and mélange of yellow fruit aromas with hints of roasted notes and vanilla.
